My name is Christopher Shepherd. I am a Singaporean by birth, but after 3 years of living here and traveling to 79 provinces, I truly consider the Philippines my home.

My journey began as a missionary intern, but my passion for communication led me to become a language teacher, a government and non-government translator, and a dedicated educator. As a polyglot who speaks 8 languages, I have seen firsthand how language can be a barrier โ€” or a bridge.

I look around and I see millions of unsung heroes โ€” our OFWs โ€” sacrificing everything to go abroad. Too often, they go unequipped. They face abuse or fail to reach their full potential simply because of a language barrier. Kapwa Lingo is my vision to change that.
